Transparent Tuition

 At Cherubs, we believe in transparency.

• Weekly Tuition:  Our tuition is a  weekly commitment, allowing for consistent budgeting on your end.
• Transparent Communication:  We understand that planning is essential. You will receive a 30-day notification for any future changes in tuition rates.
• Payment Schedule:   For your convenience, invoices are typically sent weekly on Wednesdays, with payment due by the following Monday.
• Consistent Care:   Your child's well-being is our priority.  Tuition covers all days of operation, including holidays, sick days, snow days, and unforeseen closures due to weather or natural disasters.
• One time non-refundable registration fee is $100
• Continuous Enrollment:   We value long-term partnerships with families.  Continuous enrollment allows us to plan effectively and provide a stable environment for your child.  Should your child's enrollment be interrupted for reasons beyond pre-approved vacation time, a $75 re-registration fee  will apply upon their return.
• Registration Fees & Deposits:   Registration fees are  non-refundable.  Tuition deposits, however, are  refundable with at least 2 weeks' notice  prior to your child's expected start date.
• Financial Commitment:   All payments, including any collection charges incurred, are the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
